There are severel definitions of projects: # A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service. Temporary means that the project has an end date. A project has a specific begin date and end date, specific objectives and specific resources assigned to perform the work. A project manager has overall responsibility and authority over a project. When the objectives are met, the project is considered complete.
